American Paint Co. Home Plate.....a Home Run!!

American Paint Co. Home Plate! So thick and easy to apply!

The all natural mineral base paint makes my job a lot easier! Home plate is a rich white with a lot of depth to it!

These products are truly amazing!

Take this dated side table a mix of composite wood and laminate
After a good cleaning using American Paint cleaner! I was able to just dip my brush and paint these dated tables!
The amazing adhesion these paints have make it possible to transform your old outdated furniture into new gorgeous updated pieces!

These Tables were sealed with American Paint Co. Top coat.  I used a cloth to rub it on to giving these tables a rich finish with a durable layer of protection!
Done in time to get to get to their new owners for the Holidays!
I had four of these Gorgeous rush seat Hitchcock Chairs! the Quality and workmanship was outstanding! they were just tired and dated! So after a good cleaning using American Paint cleaner and taping off the seats I was ready to go! Home Plate again a truly rich white! The rush seats were a bit dry so I gave them a good soaking with Miss Mustard Seed's Hemp Oil
Also finished in time to celebrate Christmas in their new Home!Updated and Gorgeous!
All of these done with a little more than half a quart! I will be able to tackle a few more projects using Home Plate! A little goes a long way!
Next on the list... is a desk using Voyage From the Ellis Collection a New series of colors from American Paint Co.!!

A Beautiful Beachy Blue/Green! Can't wait!

From Ordinary to Extraordinary

These Tables had been collecting dust in the studio.  When a customer needed one the exact size of the middle one,she convinced me to split them up! I did not get a picture of hers painted in Beach Glass!

Then the others became unique pieces themselves! I love this stencil! It definitely took the ordinary out of this table and turned it into a great accent piece!

This Paris stencil added a subtle bit of charm to the once boring little side table!

And while I had the Blue paint out I painted this charming end Table for a customer who "stopped by"

We have some new pillows in! this one is made out of drop cloth! I am loving how it has the "Grain Sack" feel to it! The Paris stencil in this soft Blue was a perfect choice!
Amazing how a little paint and stencils can create a whole new look!

Artissimo

Not the greatest before picture! but I am glad I found one! This is one gorgeous piece! It has been sitting in my Basement for Months!!

After taking Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint Workshop I knew what I would be using to finally give this piece the attention it needed!

With a potential customer in mind I picked Artissimo!

Which is a great Navy Blue!

I have been using it quite a bit since I came back!

Here is the piece with a coat of gray over the Blue

I lightly distressed back some of the gray

And sealed this piece with Miss Mustard Seed Hemp Oil!

This stuff is amazing!! It gave this piece a deep luxurious finish with minimal buffing! So easy to use and All Natural!

Rubbed a little silver into the original Hardware!

This is by far my Favorite piece! and is no longer in my playroom! Has found it's proper home in a Beautiful House right here in Scituate!

Eulalie's Sky

When I acquired this piece I knew it was a perfect candidate for Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint!

So I mixed up some Eulalie's Sky!
A Beautiful Color that totally changed the look of this piece

Loved both knobs! the cut glass knobs gave this piece a bit of Glam!

However, I sold a bunch of them and ended up not having enough for the entire piece!

So White porcelain wins! I love how they add that natural vintage charm! combined with the natural chippiness of Milk Paint! A true Vintage Gem!!

I Love this old school desk!

converted into a planter! As soon as I saw it I knew it would be great in the shop!

I had been making some sample boards with Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint in Artissimo!so... put a quick coat on this!

I think it compliments the pumpkins I painted and the sprigs of Bay Berries!
Loving using Milk Paint since our training! I started this bureau with Eulalie's sky

And I am loving the instant gratification!

Chippiness Galore!!
Stayed tuned for finished piece!!
